Excellent stay close to the station. Clean rooms. Safe storage for our e-bikes. Lovely staff.
Safe storage for our e-bikes was paramount. Fantastic safe, underground facility! Beds very comfortable and great shower. Staff were just lovely! Loved the reception area too but didn’t have enough time to use it - or the spa. Next time!

Overall it was a nice hotel and we appreciate different culture standards in hotels compared to uk hotels. Good location
Reception was pleasant and the hotel was near the train station. The room was nice & clean. Good city view & soundproof. The Bed was spacious. Room service breakfast was excellent. A bathrobe & slippers were provided and the robe was spacious for larger guests.
Room 505, the Bed mattress was a little uncomfortable and sagging in the middle. Coffee machine was great but only 3 different coffee pods per day is provided for 2 guests & apparently it is normal for no milk to be provided. No local shops to buy milk etc. I asked reception for milk, a very small jug was provided enough for 2 drinks. We like a coffee on waking in the morning & one in the evening. No products /drinks in the locked mini bar, so no option to purchase a drink or snacks. As a non french speaking guest it wasn’t clear if room service was available apart from breakfast room service. The spa was great for a swim but the steam room wasn’t working & the jacuzzi had a missing part, so didn’t work in a relaxing way it was like a volcano. Not suitable for disabled guests with mobility issues, no hand rails to hold while you get into the pool or into the jacuzzi. The wifi signal was poor so unable to use wifi. The tv has 1 english channel, bbc world news. The location was near the train station but as a person with mobility issues, i would prefer to be more central for sightseeing & it wasn’t clear if the hotel was on a bus route. A local map & bus timetable would of been helpful

Rennes is a nice city and foods are delicious. It is very easy to go to Quimper , St. Melo , Mont St. Michel from Rennes
We stated at suit room. Location was perfect . Employees were helpful. Breakfast was enough. The room was clean.
At the sitting part of the suite room, the lighting was really bad. Although we mentioned it, the problem was not fixed. We paid more than the standard rooms and stayed 5 nights, the lighting should have been solved during this time. It is not so difficult to change the lighting system of such a room.
